What must I bring along for hospitalization?

Original Identification proof like Passport/Driver’s License/Birth Certificate
Information of medication you are currently taking.
Avoid bringing precious items like jewelry and other valuables or large sums of cash. Hospital will not be responsible for loss or damage of your items.
You should also pack your personal items like clothing, nightwear, slippers, toiletries, hearing aids, glasses.
All medical records, reports and prescriptions. Also bring the referral letter you’re your doctor

What you can expect from hospitalization should be discussed with your doctor before admission.

The end of hospital stay only means that you do not need constant monitoring and are fit to continue your recovery at home.
